"I enrolled but my progress isn't showing"

My book count is still 0 after logging

  1. Refresh the page — the progress count updates after the page reloads.
  2. Make sure the form was submitted successfully. If there was a validation error (for example, a future date in the "Date Read" field), the entry was not saved.
  3. Check that you are enrolled in the program. If you logged a book without enrolling first, the system auto-enrolls you — but reload the page to confirm.

My enrollment disappeared

Enrollments are permanent and cannot be removed by patrons. If your enrollment is not showing:

  1. Check if you are viewing the correct program.
  2. Reload the page.
  3. Contact your librarian if the issue persists — they can verify your enrollment in the system.

I can't find the reading program

  • Only programs with Active status appear on the patron portal.
  • If the program has ended, it may have been moved to Completed by the librarian and is no longer visible.
  • Contact your librarian to confirm the program is still running.
